Open since October 2013, DUCOS Restaurant serves both modern and traditional cuisine. Brice Ducos, now a Master Restaurateur, had the La Grange Restaurant in Celleneuve for 12 years and chose to set up in Juvignac in a booming district. The Chef has opted for resolutely modern décor with a kitchen that is open onto the dining room, a fountain in the middle of the tables, tall stools for eating in front of the grill and a column of water and light from floor to ceiling, which adds an extra touch of zen. The cuisine artfully blends tradition and modernity using only fresh produce from the market. Suggestions of the day, a varied menu as well as set lunch and evening menus are available.
